The SBA decorative concrete consists of sand, aggregate, cement, water and properly selected chemicals. In order to get the best durability our concrete is reinforced with polypropylene fiber which is safe for health and the environment. The concrete that we offer is made in accordance with the PN-EN 12467 „fiber cement panels” norm and meets the requirements of elements used in residential buildings as interior and exterior walls cladding and interior design elements etc. The characteristic feature of decorative concrete are discolourations, trails, differences in colour, uneven and irregular location of pits and pores.

The differences in colours of individual panels result from the variability of natural ingredients used in production and reflects the real nature of concrete and its uniqueness. In addition some fibres used in the production process can be visible, which is not a defect of the product. Our concrete is hand-made with the use of safe ingredients. SBA concrete is produced in four basic colours: light grey (natural), dark grey, anthracite and whitened and also in three levels of porosity: light porosity, medium porosity, and high porosity.

On your demand we can grind and shine concrete getting a smooth and glazy surface. On your demand we can colour concrete and we are able to get any of the NCS chart colours using specialised and safe colouring products.

Porosity

All of the above panel types can be light porous, medium porous or highly porous (apart from the premium ones)

Dimensions

140x70cm, 120x60cm, 100x50cm, 60x60cm, 60x30cm. We offer also individual custom-made panels of non-standard dimensions.

Slab thickness

Standard slab thickness (20mm) gives the best strength and quality parametres, what facilitates the assembly and processing i.e. cutting, chamfering at the angle of 45 degrees. We can also prepare thinner slabs >12mm on request.

Colours

Light grey (natural), dark grey, anthracite, whitened and other – on request;

Impregnation

On request the slabs are protected with high quality products.

Assembly

The panels can be cut and assembled with glue as well as with anchors.

miniMax ULTRABETON

miniMax ULTRABETON is a new generation of lightweight and extremely durable concrete cladding. Thanks to our technology, we have developed architectural concrete only 6 mm thick and weighing 14 kg / m2.

miniMax ULTRABETON can be mounted not only in the form of wall panels or furniture coverings. Its lightness and durability makes it also perfect for facades without the need for additional substructures.

Concrete counters

The kitchen or bathroom counters and windowsills.

We also make kitchen and bathroom counters – with integrated sink or washbasin and windowsills too. The elements are protected with water-repellents and/ or resin, that protects them against moisture and dirt and also makes it easy to keep them clean. Mikrocement

Microcement – nevada’pro microcemento system is used for modern and effective finishing of walls, floors and also stairs inside and outside.
It is used on a properly prepared concrete surface, ceramic tiles, and other cladding materials without the necessity of destroying them.
A big asset of this system is unusual flexibility, ensuring surface continuity, lack of grout or dilatation and high aesthetic value.
Thanks to its structure it becomes a unique alternative to concrete slabs, as it has only few milimetres of cross-section and heats up very quickly.
The surface is very easy to clean.
This system allows us to to get totally smooth and shiny, sateen, or fully matt coating.
Unlimited range of colours according to the RAL colour chart.
